If insert, may have dimple marks or very light wrinkles/folds, might have a couple of light case tab indentations (embossing). "G: GOOD" = Some heavier wear or tear (some light scratches throughout the disc), still plays perfectly. If insert, may have some wrinkles, folds, ripples, tears or multiple case tab indentations (embossing). "N/A: NOT AVAILABLE" = Not applicable to the case design or missing.
