 Everyone at Media Medley is here to provide you with great music and terrific service. We want your experience with us to be a positive one and work hard to ensure a smooth transaction for you. To continue our tradition of personalized and caring service, we’ve found the following processes work best.
When Order Are Processed
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of receipt of full payment, unless you request a hold on the shipment of your purchases.
Payments received in full before 10 a.m. (U.S. Central Time) on our shipping day will be processed and shipped on the same day.
Holding Shipments On Combined Orders
You may request a hold on shipment when you are waiting for an additional auction to end. Combined orders, those sent out in one shipment to reduce your shipping and handling fees, must be requested BEFORE end of auction.
We ask that payment for a combined order is paid in full in one payment. Please request a combined shipment invoice if needed.
Combined orders can be applied to items purchased via eBay and/or our website (coming soon). Please use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS when combining orders across Ebay and Media Medley's Shopping Catalog.
Shipping & Handling Fees
All of our modest S&H fees are clearly outlined in the web page on which your product was advertised. Partial payments or payments with less than the full S&H fee will result in delayed shipment while we work with you to rectify the error.
Discounts For Multiple Item Orders within the same venue are applied at checkout. Please ask for corrected discounted S&H if combining orders across venues (Ebay and Media Medley).
Standard Rate on our website catalog means that we choose the best shipping option for your package. Most orders are shipped First Class, some few may be shipped Media Mail. You will receive email notification of the shipping method used for your order when your order has shipped.
USA ADDRESSES ONLY: Free Media Mail Shipments are available upon your request for 5 items or more of qualifying items in a combined order. (Regretfully, posters and art do not qualify for Media Mail shipments, and therefore cannot be shipped free.) Your request for Free Media Mail Shipment should be made when you notify us of your wish to combine your order.
When availing yourself of the Free Media Mail Shipment option, please be aware that Media Mail can take 5 to 30 days to arrive at your location. If the package is required within a short time, such as holidays, please choose a speedier shipping option.
Free Media Mail requirements:
- For All Payment Types
- Buy any combination of 5 or more CDs, DVDs, Books and/or Video Games.
- Have a US address.
- Pay in single payment.
- For Paypal Payments
- Have a confirmed Paypal address.
- Package will be shipped to confirmed Paypal address only. If you wish delivery to a different address, please pay with check or money order.
- If you have a non-confirmed address, you may choose to become confirmed, or you may pay for your order with check or money order.
Requests for Free Media Mail Shipments will be regretfully declined if any of the above mentioned requirements are not fulfilled.
Mailed Payments
To prevent delayed shipment of your purchase when mailing in payments, please do the following:
- Print your information clearly.
- Include your full address.
- Include Item Number and/or Order Number and description.
Our record keeping system is wonderful and we usually can figure out which product you purchased, but we’d like to be certain before we ship the product.
Shipping Days
Our shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. At times the U.S. Postal Service will close the post office due to US government holidays. Should the Post Office be closed on a regular shipping day, we will ship on the next business day.
As we are a very small business, there will be a few times a year where we will be away on an extended buying trip. During those times, we will set the automatic email responder to notify you when we will be back on schedule.
Methods Of Shipping
Most items are shipped via the United States Postal System (USPS). Some larger and/or heavier packages may be shipped through UPS (The Brown Truck people) or FedEx. Media Medley will always email you on how the item shipped when it leaves our door.
