Art Show Painting
The art show at the Parkway Mall was fun. I got to meet and talk with other area artists. At one point, I decided I was talked out, so I went off to my little corner to paint. This turned out to be a successful ploy to get attention for my art. So I was able to discuss my art with viewers, too.
I was able to complete the majority of the oil portrait at the show, but just finished up this little cutie yesterday. So here she is: Katie.
I have decided that I’ll start hanging out at the Flying Monkey on Saturdays, except when other events/shows take place. It’s a good place to experience the art scene in Huntsville, AL.
